Bounce On Us Party Rental

We had the best experience with Bounce On Us for my daughter’s birthday party! The online booking was seamless. A few days prior to the party, BOU reached out about timing of delivery and pick up. The team delivered the bounce house on schedule and worked with us to position it right where we wanted it on our patio. It was easy and quick to inflate, and the kids LOVED it!! It was exactly as described. When it came time to pick it up, the team came when they said they would and quickly packed it up and headed out. I will definitely be using them again for future parties!!

Rented an inflatable water slide from them. The delivery men wouldn’t position it the way we wanted it, causing immediate frustration. The water slide was super dangerous for the kids (not the rental company’s fault but not something I’d be renting out for little kid parties). And it was not picked up the following day as promised. Too heavy to move and killed my lawn. Never again would we consider this company. Oh, and the best part? There was a puncture in the inflatable that was patched using tinfoil.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Bounce On Us Party Rental. The website had plenty of information on every product. It was very clear when each product was available and the total cost was transparent. After booking, they were very communicative and called ahead to confirm final details. The delivery team arrived early and quickly got to work and explained how to best use the equipment. Our guests had loads of fun on the water slide we got! I will definitely look to book from them again in the future!
