Nestled amongst breweries and distilleries in a Vista business park, Grafted Cellars Winery is a hidden gem of quality wine. A family-owned Urban Winery, we source our grapes from right here in Vista, to Napa Valley, to Oregon’s Willamette Valley, any AVA in between…but quality varietals from our own South Coast AVA are a priority, to showcase our local terroir and potential. Fruit is processed and aged at our in-house cellar, right behind our tasting room…we do it all right here. We take care in our selection, in harvesting, in our winemaking techniques, and focus on small-batch and minimal intervention. 20 varietals represented (and always more on the way), and with love and appreciation for both new and old world style and expression.
