Amazing find on Class Pass! The infrared sauna wrap is a great way to sweat like crazy and relax. I watched Netflix to pass the time and felt like I did a full body workout afterwards. The lymphatic massage is a trip! I read someone online compare it to getting your blood pressure, and it’s pretty much that but for your arms, legs, and waist. It’s nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. I meditated through the entire session and lost track of time. Definitely recommend if you need to zone out and let your body be pampered.
