Jade Nails Spa 2

I’ve been to this salon twice and bled both times. Once while they were cleaning my cuticles, and the other time when they were filing my nails. On the second visit, they didn’t even wash away the left over blood around the nail so there’s a bottle of polish in that salon somewhere with drops of my blood mixed in. While I was looking away from my bleeding nail, I saw a woman getting gel removed and continuously flinch during the process. She had to speak to the nail tech several times before they switched to another (slower) method.

The salon closes at 8:00. I arrived at 7:00. I called the salon before I arrived to make sure I could get a basic manicure and pedicure. When I got to the salon, a woman at the front door greeted me and asked what I needed. There was more than one technician on site, but they told me they were fully booked and couldn't take me. They even asked which branch I had called. I decided to walk out because they didn't want to take my case. I was very disappointed.

My experience with Zoey was the gentlest experience I’ve ever had. I will be back!
