Really disappointing experience. We walked in hoping to place an order, and right from the beginning the owner had an attitude. Before we could even really ask anything, we were told there was a 40-minute wait, asked if we had placed an online order, and repeatedly told that they are a “5-star” business and that we should only order online. We actually tried calling twice before coming in and no one answered, which is why we decided to stop by in person.
We get the Birria meat with consome dipping sauce. This is our favorite here. They do a great job. The meat is so tender and has good flavor.
I love walking into a place and saying "I have Celiac disease" and the person behind the counter KNOWS WHATS UP. It's carry out only but they have some picnic tables on the property. I ordered the birria tacos on corn tortillas. The birria was flavorful. The meat was juicy. The cheese was melty. The hot sauce was HOT. 10/10 RECOMMEND especially if you have dietary restrictions!
