The staff, Monica the GM, and Jess her fill in are extremely unprofessional. From Lotus House abruptly changing the date of my cousins wedding two months before it was scheduled, to the day of the staff stealing our personal property. Renovations that caused speakers in the entire facility to be out the entire day of the wedding. Jess also was rushing the bride and groom out at 10pm, when the event ended, claiming that she was only paid to be there until a certain time and expected us to hurry to appease her personal schedule.
Overall this venue is beyond gorgeous and has best outdoor set up that does not look like Vegas at all. Had our beautiful wedding and reception there. Would like to give them 5 stars but the issues that occurred were not acceptable and should be considered as this is an ongoing issue as I have seen in the reviews. Music: telling the DJ to turn the music down multiple times from 4pm-9pm is insane. You decided to place a venue in a residential area is your wrongful formality. Strong dislike!
